About the event
Learn the timeless skill of home canning in this beginner-friendly, hands-on workshop! During this class, you'll learn the basics of safe home canning, including the differences between water bath and pressure canning, when to use each method, and best practices for preserving food at home.
You'll watch live demonstrations, have the opportunity to ask questions, and gain the confidence to begin canning in your own kitchen. Each participant will take home a canned item made during class, and all supplies are included with your registration.
